Vacaiplan supports Walt Disney World, Disneyland Resort, Universal Parks & Resorts. We monitor reservation-required experiences across all of these parks from a single account.

We monitor any reservation-required experience, including: Dining, Boutique & Salon, Fireworks & Nighttime, Shows & Entertainment, Character Meet & Greets, Cruises & Boat Tours, Guided Tours & VIP. If a park requires an advance reservation, we can watch it for you.

After you create an alert, our system checks availability at regular intervals — every 5–30 minutes depending on demand. When we detect an opening that matches your party size, dates, and time preferences, we send you a notification immediately with a direct link to book on the park's official website.

High-demand experiences are checked every 5 minutes. Standard experiences are checked every 15 minutes, and low-demand experiences every 30 minutes. Our adaptive system automatically increases check frequency for experiences with more active alerts.

No. Vacaiplan is an independent third-party service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with The Walt Disney Company, Universal Parks & Resorts, or any of their subsidiaries. All park names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

No. Vacaiplan is an alert-only service. We notify you when availability opens, and you complete the booking yourself through the park's official website or app using your own account. We never access your park account credentials or make reservations on your behalf. This is an intentional design decision to keep your account secure and to respect park policies.

Payments are processed securely through LemonSqueezy, our merchant of record. We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as PayPal. LemonSqueezy handles all billing; Vacaiplan never stores your payment information.

Yes. You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time from your account settings. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period — there are no cancellation fees or penalties. Any active alerts will continue until your subscription ends.

To receive SMS alerts, you'll need to verify your phone number in account settings. We'll send a 6-digit verification code to your number. Once verified, you can select SMS as a notification channel when creating alerts. Standard carrier messaging rates may apply depending on your mobile plan.
